We are a small business with a highly efficient staff and not a big corporation, that means you can pick-up the phone and directly speak to our President/CEO. Our friendly staff will ensure that your staffing needs are addressed and they will work with you with your best interest in mind.

FAQ for Facilities/Clients

We can be your trusted partner when it comes to addressing your staffing needs whether it is contract or long term positions. While a lot of the our engagements are with Long Term Care facilities where we offer nursing skill-sets, namely; CNA, LPN and Registered Nurses we also offer Allied professionals and support any kind of healthcare setup.

We strive to excel in ensuring that we understand and cater to your custom staffing needs. We will have a scheduler assigned to work directly with your scheduler or Director of Nursing and ensure that we are available for you 24×7. We providers combine excellent staffing services with an efficient use of technology to deliver high-quality, affordable service that’s designed to fit your unique needs.

This will depend on the type of services you need. Long term contracts will allow you to lock the rates and ensure that we setup a nursing pool for you in your area. This will ensure that your open shifts will not go unfulfilled so you can be at ease know that we are taking the burden off of you. But if you have short term needs due to any of your staff taking short term time off, or surge in resource needs we would be more than happy to sign a short term contract for the tenure you are looking for. 

 

For full time positions you would not require any contract and you can check with us on the hiring commissions and we will only require you to sign agreement in that regards.

Your concern is our top priority and we go to lengths to ensure that we offer you trusted and proven healthcare resources. We already have a pool of 600+ nursing resources who have been with us for a while and are proven and trustworthy.

 

In addition, every new person who applies to be in our pool is vetted with ultimate care starting from the time they apply till we make a decision to on-board. We verify their license/certifications, TB test, CPR certification, Reference checks and background checks.

 

In case of full time positions for you, we look for the best resources available in your area and go through the same rigor as for our nursing pool.
